Creating the Ultimate Ultra Instinct Sign Son Goku Illustration – A Collaboration with Dragon Ball Legends Artist Toyotarou

Collaboration between “Dragon Ball Legends” and artist Toyotaro was held to celebrate the 100th episode of “Dragon Ball Super.”
Illustrations by Toyotaro were featured in the game as wallpapers and art card sleeves during the event.
Toyotaro chose brush painting to give a sense of weight and depth to the illustration of Ultra Instinct “Sign” Goku.
The pose of Goku was inspired by the initial stance when preparing the Kamehameha wave.
Toyotaro enjoyed the inking and finishing stages the most during the illustration process.
He loves the feeling of putting ink on paper and drawing lines, and also enjoys the process of coloring.
