Character introduction: Don Kiā – Dragon Ball GT
Don Kiā is the king of Planet Imegga, a dictator who charges high rental fees from the residents for everything and lives a luxurious life.
He tries to sell the spaceship that Goku and others arrived in as scrap metal when they have no valuable items.
When Goku and his friends infiltrate the palace and retrieve the spaceship, Don Kiā is enraged and deducts repair costs from his subordinates’ salaries.
He fights back with weapons hidden throughout the palace when Goku and his friends appear to help the struggling residents.
Don Kiā eventually apologizes and vows to stop the rental system after being defeated by Goku and his ally, Ledgic.

Trivia: Don Kiā enjoys extravagant meals, such as Imegga Parfaits, despite forcing the residents to live in hardship.
